Fawn Creek Winery's Merlot is similar to a Beaujolais Nouveau, created without oaking and is meant to be enjoyed "young." A medium-body wine with flavors of plum, currant and berry, it has slightly higher acidity, and pairs well with grilled entrees, fish and green vegetables.
